This is another light roast that stays comfortably within the profile for a classic cup of coffee. The aroma, while somewhat mild, is certainly pleasant; However, we felt the flavor had a bit of a sour note that carried over to a slightly bitter finish. We don’t want to paint a completely negative picture here though, everyone’s tastes are different, and lighter roasts do bring out the unique character of the beans, but this one is just a little outside of our ‘sweet spot’…
